I will be grateful for anything you could tell me about wedding music in theory or in practice. Please let me know if there are regional variants of the musical instruments which may be mentioned in the Karmakanda manuals. Also if there are folk music genres associated with weddings, such as songs by minstrel groups invited to perform at weddings, that would also help.
