Some euroapean scholars have published articles here and there. Mme. Beniste-meunier has published some articles on Indian influence on Cambodian monuments. Apart from R.C. Majumdar's work on KInscriptions of Kambuja and Dr. Lokeshachandra's works nothing much can be said about it. Unfortunately, no Indian scholars are interested in doing such works. I think you must take up one such project. I have started some work on "Cambodia and Karnataka" because I hail from that state. If you want to discuss on some points with regard to this subject, you are most welcome. One must go through his book on "Les Religions Brahmaniques dans l'ancien Cambodge" and another one "Recherches sur le vocabulaire des Inscriptions Sanskrites du Cambodge". Also the same scholar has published many articles related to Cambodge in Journal Asiatique. Both the books are in French. I really feel sorry for having forgotten to mention his name in my earlier message. Please excuse me.
