Dear Daniela,

 

I have listed list book in my *Bibliography of the Alamkarasastra*

(2001) as entry {833}. David himself told me that he had a firm assurance

that the book would be published in 2001 and it is so listed in the entry.

But in fact the book had not actually appeared. (This was the only

exception I made regarding "forthcoming" publications --and now it seems I

should not have included a date.)

 

I think the easiest thing would be to contact David Haberman directly:
