Guest guest
Dunno just yet, but there is a delightful Japanese tradition of the kitsune, a fox that transforms into a lady and seduces the wayward traveler, then transforms back into a fox and runs away laughing. Not quite a banshee, I'm afraid. Japanese mothers, I understand, would tell this kind of story to their babies, and say KITSU!! to scare them, and then ne... with a smile. There is a long article by Penner on this subject, and a hard-to-find but beautiful novelette by David Garnett (the son of the Dostoevsky translator) called LADY INTO FOX. ____________________ Post your free ad now! http://personals..ca
