Guest guest Posted October 30, 2002 Report Share Posted October 30, 2002 I have the following questions. 1) Is there any mention of "ruins of cities" in Rig Veda or later vedic literature? 2) Which are later vedic texts that mention large cities (Assuming there is no mention of large cities in Rig veda and "pur" simply means a village or small town ).
