I went to Amazon and they appear to have two editions for sale--the 1995

edition, and a second, newer one: ISBN 0700713824; 2nd Rev edition (January

2002). They sell it for 52.50 USD--30% off the 75.00 list price.

 

Anyone familiar with the extent of the differences between the two editions?
