Thanks once more. I have already checked the first version with the

dictionary. Arrived at a nearly identical result.

 

What's really getting my goat is that I cannot find on the Web any map of

Pakistan with river-, mountain-, place-names in Arabic script. Gazetters

usually give diacritics for long vovels, but nothing for retroflex and

emphatic consonants. It makes a small but very urgent assignment I have on

hand extremely difficult. If I had a horse, I would certainly offer it in

exchange for a detailed Arabic script map of Pakistan.
