I have a follow-up. I love to haunt the bookstores in India and I've been an avid purchaser of Indian books. I pretty much ignored the imported books. My question now is about those books physically imported into India, not Indian reprints of foreign books. At what price do these imports typically sell--below the cover price, at the cover price, or above the cover price?
