Guest guest
Since his work evidently continues to be much used, I suppose there must be a simple formula whereby Sorensen's references to the Bombay Mahabharata can be roughtly converted so as to be used for the Critical Edition? Guest guest
There is a new version now, based on the critical edition, although the author himself says that this new version tabulates/lists only the 'important' cross references under various headings, not all cross references as Sorensen has done. Here is the reference - DASGUPTA Madhusraba, 1999. Samsad Companion to The Mahabharata. Calcutta: Sahitya Samsad In addition, numerous fascicules of ABORI's index to the Mahabharata have also appeared, which obviously rely on the critical edition ("Mahabharata, Cultural Index").
