Thanks for post. Since, we are presenting the philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism,

the information is quite valuable.

JNU is located in Delhi - Jawaharlal Nehru University. My friend Rajnish Mishra

is working there.

Dear list members:

Biswas in his survey of Indian Manuscript Catalogues lists catalogues for

the following collections in Srinagar:

Raja Ram Singh Library

University of Kashmir, Sanskrit Manuscripts Library

Sri Jagadguru chandrashekhara Bharati Memorial College

Mutt of H.H. Sri Sankaracarya of the Sardapitha

Sankara Narayana jyotishika

1) I have seen references elsewhere to Kashmir Shaivite manuscripts in

"Research Department Library, Srinagar". Does this in fact refer to the

University of Kashmir, Sanskrit Manuscripts Library or to a different

collection.

2) For the location of a mimeographed catalogue of the University of

Kashmir, Sanskrit Manuscripts Library, Biswas gives JNU but unfortunately he

didn't explain JNU in his list of abbreviations. Does anyone know where JNU

refers to.

Many thanks,

I would think that's the Jawaharlal Nehru University.
