Guest guest
Dear Mr Ramesh, If you know Hindi, you may try Pt Brahmadatta Jij~naasu's "aSTaadhyaayii (bhaaSya)- prathamaavRtti" (in 3 Vols), published by Ramlal Kapoor Trust, Bahalgarh, Haryana. The 3rd vol. was completed by his disciple Dr Praj~naa devii. This book is, in my view, the best entry level book on Panini's Ashtadhyayi and so far I have not found any book better than this in any language. This is the ONLY book which enables a student to understand the meaning of the sUtrAs through the sUtrAs themselves. Best wishes.
