Can anyone parse and give me the meaning of dadyAtsa (dadyAt sa ?) in line 4

of verse 46 of the guru-gItA

 

gukAraM ca guNAtItaM

rukAraM rUpavarjitam

guNAtItasvarUpaM ca

yo dadyAtsa guruH smRtaH |

The last line of the verse should clearly be split like:

 

yo dadyAt saH guruH smRtaH "...he who would give/offer [to the student

all the listed things] is traditionally said to be [smRtaH] a [real]

guru."
