The only good book that I have come across so far on Panini's Ashtadhyayi

giving all the anuvRttis is:

 

"aSTaadhyaayii (bhaaSya)--prathamaavRtti" by Pt Brahmadatta Jij~naasu, in 3

Vols. (the last vol. prepared by his disciple Dr Praj~naa devii ).

 

Although the Vrindaavan edition of the suutrapaaTha does give the anuvRttis side

by side, it does not give all the anuvRttis against each suutra.
