Hello,

I think it would really be helpful to read "Before Becoming This" as

well. It can give you a grounding in the approach of Shree Maa and

Swami Satyananda Saraswati and that can, in turn, help you to feel

commpletely at ease with the information you are receiving and how to

put it to use. In my experience, everything is offered freely and

generously from the heart. As Steve suggested..the "Shiva Puja" is a

great place to start....the "Shiva Puja...beginners" seems, at first

glance, to be fairly "simple" (just like the "Durga Puja..Beginner's

version") but, in reality it contains the basic components to doing

virtually any puja. The simplicity really allows you to focus on the

meaning behind the actions you are performing without getting too

worried about "doing it right". It's really wonderful when you

have "mastered" the short version enough to relax and begin to see

what arises as the result of worshiping in this way.

best of luck to you,

sadhvi
