Pre-stage 2 : The levitation completely felt and

concentration still on, one enters this stage. This stage

normally comes all of a sudden and in most of the cases

breaks the concentration. You will feel a sudden noise,

a high vibrating sound travelling up your body but

as it reaches the heart (or throat in some cases)it

will be unbearable and it will break your

concentration. I remember when I reached this stage, first I was

disturbed by the noise and woke up. Second time I felt the

sound mounting on the body and on throat It gave

immense pressure and I had to abort. This happened for

many months. After my many prayers and further

purification of thoughts and deeds, could I cross this stage.

Once the vibrations cross the heart, throat and eyes,

they reach the centre of the brain and from there in a

burst will spread evenly in the brain. You will listen

clearly the sound of the vibrations and feel them. They

may give high pressure on the ear drum and eye balls

but you have to wait patiently for the next stage.

This vibration stage may remain for few seconds in the

beginning and you will come back to body consciousness

back. But next time again you will reach this stage

which may vary from 1/10 seconds to 2/3 seconds. During

this short interval, you will find strange colours and

You will be surprised to see those colours as you had

never seen those colours before. You may also listen

some high pitched sound unheard earlier but these are

sign of progress. The colours may indicate your

present state of mind or the shortfalls which are

stopping your way. About the description of colours pls

read the chapter "Colour Meditation". So when this

stage is fixed and you are not in anxiety mood or
