I just got home from vacation and really have

very few words to say.....I did however learn about

myself on vacation, I learned to really love the being

that jeffrey is....to really love myself and at the

same time see my downfalls......I seem to know the

best I can do for the Great One is be myself, keep

spreading my love to others...even just smiling and

touching someone on the shoulder....I seem to be where I

am needed in life and I know that I do make a

difference in life and all I have to do is be jeffrey and

say hello with a smile on my face, grab there hand

like your not afarid of it...I learned to give up my

seeking and go within and find trust and a great amount

of love & understing.....<br><br>Were all alright

and I am loving all you along with

Hi Anna.....I am smiling at you....yes big smile

indeed....I went to bali, I went to the temples, I asked

questions as i watched the people.....I have been a seeker

for along time, but bali changed me to no seeking,

there is still much to learn, but I will go inside now

for I know where my truth is...<br><br>I bow and
