Japa is continious rememberence, conscious or sub conscious or even unconscious of the lord and doing everything for lord. Some people perform this through meditation, others by chanting his name, others by singing, others by dancing, others by austerities like Yagna and Yaaga and others by serving parents, guests, family and some others by Tantra...and many more...all these are activities performed for god and so is Japa.<br><br>so its absoloutely no cause for worry. Guest guest Posted March 13, 2001 Report Share Posted March 13, 2001 The mind is very clever !<br>In its ingenuity, it states upon "waking up"(suposedly), that you are i and i you;<br>but very interestingly , this statement itself has an inherent paradox which reveals it to be untrue,<br>that is what breaks my heart into two !<br><br>as for the paradox ,?<br>is quite evident isn't it ?<br>all the differentiations and fragmentations are the works of one mind.
