concentrated on ONE.<br><br>=> Upanishada alone make the

Brahma Vidya (The knowledge of God)<br><br>=> Karma

Yoga and Upasana () are the only ways to

attain Brahmn Vidya (Knowledge of God)<br><br>=>

Brahmn is the only Truth. He is knowledge and infinity

and the source of Universe.<br><br>=> There are

five bodies of the soul called Annamaya body (physical

body), Pranamaya body(Pranic body), Manomaya

body(emotional body), Vigyanmayabody( Body of knowledge), and

Anandmaya body (the causal body) of the SOUL.<br><br>=>

Asat (Ignorance) means the non-existence of the names

and the forms before the creation of the

Universe.<br><br>=> sage Brahgu comes to know step by step that

Prana, the sense organs, the mind, the speech, the

intellect are not Brahmn.<br><br>=> The final authority

is Brahmn, the supreme consciousness !!!!!<br><br>
