Guest guest
Peggy, silentsoul, gypsymaa, tatwamasi and all other wonderful souls, all your posts have greatly helped one arrive to this position where there arises a very strong need for "retirement".
Any inspiration if not put into action immediately dies it natural death, thus have decided to retire for now.
Dry jnana is a good "time-pass" as we call it in India, but during the actual emotion, there is no time available for passing ! Isn't it anyday better to live in this "realtime" instead of the "makebelieve" time offered by fairy-tale books to vedanta ? Am not criticising vedanta or anything, but stressing on what is important, the book as a catalyst to our imaginations or to make us change fundamentally from inside, acting just as a pointer, the real work being done elsewhere.
Your post(peggy) and another one(aghori) in tantradivinity club made one conscious of the strong emotional content of godhood and made one relook at one's approach. I have no shame in accepting that a lot of one's time has been wasted in a lot of mental excercises.(But may be they were necessary to defeat themselves)
Hence please understand my absence for now, godwilling will meet again after one is comfortable with the new insights, thanks to you all.
