The Solar Year is about to start on April 14th . It is called as Vishu in Sanskrit & interpretted accordingly in different languages, which are offshoots of the Divine Mother Sanskrit. The name of the current year is Vikrama & our next year would be "Vrusha".<br><br>On the new year people get up early & do Pithru Vandhanam & Kula Devatha & Grama Devatha vandanam. Then, they read the new Panchangam9Astrological book) & wear new clothes... & also worship Surya Narayana Swamy(Sun God)<br>Note: the aboove quote means:<br><br>Vrusha = name of the new year<br>Nama = name<br>Samvatsara = year<br>Shubha = auspiscious<br>Kankshah = greetings.<br><br>Sarve Janas Sukino Bhavanthu<br>!!!!!!!!!!!Let everyone be happy!!!!!!!!!!!
