I joined this Club to learn about

Hinduism.<br>What have I learned? Hindus fight among themselves;

suffer wounded egos; attack with little

provocation.......sheesh! Sounds like the conflicts of Christians, Muslims,

Jews........<br>At least the Buddhists seem to be a peaceful

lot.<br><br>And I thought you were

Dear Blueray bird,<br><br>People are people where

ever you find them and whatever labels they attach to

themselves. You will find true saints within Hinduism,

Christianity, Islam and Judaism as well - but of course, they

are few and far between. This is the age of quarrel

and hipocracy - you will find those characteristics

present everywhere. You will have to learn to 'find the

nectar in the junkyard' as the bees do.<br><br>Hindus

are different though. You would be hard pressed to

find anyone elsewhere with the audacity to claim that

they are God and yet be involved in such

true.<br><br>Ahh...but I have found the nectar, though I wouldn't call

this club a "junkyard" )<br><br>I just become a bit

disturbed when people are wrangling and attacking each

other's credibility.<br>(It's the Buddha within my

Dear Blueray bird,<br><br>I am not sure how well

the analogy fit either - I was taking some poetic

liscence.<br><br>Chaitanya Mahaprabhu was most generous in this regard - he

said that we should judge a person by their goal - the

vision that they have - and we should over look any

faults we might percieve. All who come here are striving

to improve themselves and have some vision of divine

life - so it certainly isn't a junkyard in that
