Guest guest
God is the simplest entitity in this Universe...rest all is complicated ! Not necessary that, if we do very difficult yoga posture or can write complicated essays using difficult vocubalary from the Sacred Texts or we know about the difficult advait theories, we will reach God.

By simple living and simple thinking thousands have reached God. In fact there are more examples of simple people getting to the truth than the highly intellectual ones. guru Nanak, Kabir, Mira, Valmiki, paramhansa, christ, Sahjobai, Dadudayal, soordass and many others did not read any complicated Philosophies before their enlightenment.

In fact our advancement of intellect and progress in science is making our path more difficult.

tulsi das says," Nirmal Guni Jan so mohi pawa....Mohe kapat chhal chhidra na bhava" (God tells- pious simple and straight people get to me because I do not like those with cunningness, conspiracy and selfishness).

so here is a very simple Pranayama to keep the body fit, as the body is our only chariot which will take us to the threshold of the LORD. If one is having mental tensions, anger, wavering of thoughts, upset of stomach, skin disease, fears or complexes, this pranayama will produce certain results within 3-6 months.

sit down in any Asana you will feel comfortable in. close the eyes and leave the body at ease. Now fix your consciousness on the nostrils and inhale counting upto six....pause for about 2 seconds and then exhale for counting upto six. Alternatively you can chant some Mantra like "Aum Namaha shivaye, aum Namo Bhagwate Vasudevaye , Shri durgaye Namah, Shri Wahe Guru, allah ho akbar or any mantra of your choice" . The main idea is that the time in inhaling should be slow and exactly equal to exhaling time. (The counting or chanting will of course be mentally)

This Pranayama should be done for minimum 10 minutes, 2 times a day in the morning and evening and after 3 months clear results will be seen. dont believe the words....just do and see it yourself.

Hari Aum
