Guest guest
But it's a wonderful drug, isn't it, H.B.? As long as you have anger, you don't have to think about actually DOING something about your problems. And as long as you have hate, you don't have to take responsibility for your situation.

I know. I'm a former rage-aholic. I have a daughter your age (and I don't 'fling' either, I'm very much in love with my wife). And I don't care if you hate me. The person you hate most is, unfortunately, the one you see in the mirror. And she doesn't deserve to be hated.

Have you considered therapy? It's not a solution to your problems, but I've found in my life that it helps me get balanced enough so that I'm not paralyzed by things like anger and hate.

My spiritual practice is slowly answering every question I've ever had, including "why me?" The key word here is 'slowly'.
