Guest guest
One day, seeing an auspicious moment, Dasharatha went to have a dip in the holy Ganges with his four sons. On the way they met Narada. Taking Dasharatha aside, Narada said it was pointless going to Ganga as Ganga had been born from Narayan, who was there with Dashartha as Rama. Dasharatha agreed and wanted to go back but Rama insisted on having a dip in the Ganges. On the banks of the river, stayed the Chandala, Guhaka, the cursed son of Vashishta. Guhaka wondered who was approaching. He stopped Dasharatha from going further as he felt Dasharatha approaching his territory. They exchanged words and then arrows. With the Pashupati arrow, Dasharatha bound Guhaka and placed him in his chariot. As soon as Guhaka landed on the chariot, he saw Rama. Rama freed him and became friends with him. <br>After the bath, the king with his sons went to see the sage Bhardwaja. The sage presented to Rama, a bow and a quiver that would never be empty.
