Guest guest
Namaste fellow Sadhakas!,
May this post reach you all in the best of heath and spirits. First of all a big hello to you all from myself here in New Zealand and a big thank you for the invitation to join this Satsanga. I am most thankful for the chance to learn and express the calling of truth.
Over the last few days I have read postings on the concept of Karma and Grace as shared by the group members. The topic Karma often brings about confusion and misinformation as we try to accept and comprehend the law of cause and effect that sustains the Universe in which we live. To helps us all understand Karma we must realize that Karma is ruled by time its self, as Karma is the actions of our past manifesting in the present. If we were to see or read our Karma, then we would have an insight in to our future life or lives. As the actions of our past is trapped with in the boundaries of time, then the only way to rise above Karma is to transcend time itself. A simple tool to help us explain this is the Grandfather clock. The Grandfather clock has a pendulum that constantly swings back and forth to keep time, as the pendulum swings to the left we all know that it must swing to the right. In doing this the pendulum is not only obeying the law of cause and affect (Karma) it is also manifesting time itself. As long as the clock is bound to the illusion of time, the pendulum must swing back and forth. If the clock was to stop manifesting time, then the action of the pendulum would also stop. As unless there is time there is no action or reaction. Hence it would be rising above the reality of time that holds Karma firmly with in its grip. .. How does one rise above time? Realize that time is the realm of matter; the realm of illusion that gives our ego the chance to interact with an external stimulus through the sense organs. The Rishis have provided us with different tools to help us realize this truth, it is up to the individual to realize that they are the masters of their own destiny. Accept the actions of your past that has created your Karma, accept it and let the focus be not on your past or your future, but the present. Once we have realized and accepted this, we can turn our focus to the search for truth beyond birth, death, time and Grandfather clocks.

Om Namah Shivaya!
In love.............Brenden Skudder.
