Guest guest
Energy is an earlier form of matter and is impermanent. It is as permanent as the world itself. The saying ‘Arunachala dost thou root out the ego ...’ is very symbolic. Aruna + Achala means the red spot that is immovable. Energy is the red spot. Red is Rajas. it is pure Rajas which is Achala. No ego is pure Rajas from which that God experience starts. The wearer of the red spot is the Lord.

The successive stages are (1) ego experiencing matter-energy, and (2) when ego stops experiencing, the former experiencing the space time which is the container of matter-energy or creation of matter-energy. Energy is one of the properties of space-time. Originally there was only space. Then the time and then the energy evolved. There is space without time at one point (Soonyathvam or vacuum).

Only time has energy. One should feel ‘I am space. I am time (Kalosmi). Time is imposed on me.’ All the fourteen worlds submerge into time. Timeless space is inconceivable to scientists. Time is not with reference to space. But it is time-energy and not time-space continuum. Without energy time is lost. Space and time need not exist simultaneously. Lord is time and maker or creator of time, while being timeless space. Time gives birth to energy. Time is that which has beginning and end. Space is infinite. When Lord withdraws time, timeless space results. (3) Lord Himself is timeless space. (4) But what this Lord is experiencing that bliss is the ultimate goal. What He experiences is bliss. You are with Him means you are experiencing what He is experiencing. This ‘with’ is the ‘Vith’, means knowing.

The kowledge about God is obtained when you are with Him. This fourth state is man’s goal. That can be achieved through the third stage itself. ‘Merger into God is experience of God besides experiencing God’.

The universe in Virat Purusha is one-fourth and time is three-fourths. Arjuna had the vision of this only. Beyond space and time is the Sath and Chith. After that only Ananda or bliss.

( Gathered from lotus feet of an enlightened Soul)

Hari Aum
