Guest guest
Dear all,

Jai Guru Datta

this is my first post here so whoever reads this
namaskar..

I practise a method of which can be called "sahaj yoga". (This is NOT anything to do with Shri Mataji Nirmala).

There is a great saint in Gujarat, India called
Shri Punitachariji (called affectionately Bapu). He resides in Girnar. After a great tapasya Bapu gained the darshan of the Lord Dattatreya who gave Him the Siddha mantra "Hari Om Tatsat Jai Guru Datta" promising that progress in will be accelerated with the japa of this mantra.

This mantra initiates one into sahaj yoga (spontaneous yoga). When doing japa of "Hari Om Tatsat Jai Guru Datta" it is the Divine Shakti of the Sadguru (Lord Datta) that controls the . All kriyas start automatically. "Hari Om Tatsat Jai Guru Datta" contains in seed form all other yogas (Hatha, Raja, Kundalini .. etc).

The beauty of this yoga is that the reliance of a human Guru is removed.(A potential probelm in Siddha yoga.) We rely only on the Divine Guru, Guru Dattatreya.

Let me also say this like all other Saadhnaa Paths are not easy but require great effort for progress.

Link to Girnar Saadhnaa Ashram

http://members.home.net/anil123/home.htm
