Guest guest
I am grateful toward whatsoever life bring to me!
Today, when I was in office working hard on preparing papers to my customer, the printer machine started to let out a paper which was made by me. One of my female co-workers assumed this paper was for her and turn up to pick it up. I called her with a smile face in an attempt to let her know it was for me not for her and when she found out what was going on, she suddenly gave me a serious "dirty look", meanwhile, my heart hurt badly. That was just like the same situation when I was a young boy my aunt gave me her dirty look. All the bad memory of the past arose!
The other day I attended a group of Osho therapy. I was unhappy in life because I carry all the bad memory of the past on my mind. I think all people in the world are against me, they were always ready to laugh at me. The leading of the group said all the miserable things were just the mind. Let go of them, they are garbage, they cannot do anything and if they did, it is your cooperation to make it. Yes, when we were young, we were not capable to deal with things like this, but now you were grown up, you are an adult, you got lots of energy to cope with things like this, you got the capacity to protect yourself. But you didn't realize this fact, deep down you supposed you were still a young boy.
Suddenly, I turned back into my mind to find from where the hurt come? Is it true that the hurt just the mind? If I think I didn't hurt by her, can I make it? Yes, I could feel my heart hurt but I also feel one man who was going to watch my hurt and that man is not affected by outside action. In fact, I am the both man and hurt. Suddenly I realize that if I stop the feeling of being hurt, all the bad feeling stop immediately. Deep inside I feel great gratitude to that female because thanks to her, I got the way.
Yes, they are all mind to let us feel sad, hurt, unhappy, let go of the mind, you are different from when you were young.
Swami Anand Prabodh
Guest guest
It is wonderful that you are taking charge of your life and deciding to make consious choices about your actions.

We are a product of our experiences that has occured over a long period of time, past life and within this life itself. Each time we relive these emotions we have the opportunity to choose our response. Some teachers distinguish between the words react and respond; where react involves acting on one immediate emotions, while respond means to act after giving it appropriate thought.

Once we become aware of the dynamics of feelings, thoughts and actions, we realize that while we have no control over others' actions, little control over our emotions, we DO have a certain degree of control over our actions. We can, as you described, choose to look at the picture from a different paradigm and act differently from the way we have acted in the past. This then breaks the cycle and one has begun the journey to break away from past programming.

Conscious living for me is one of the fastest ways to start gaining the fruits of spiritual endeavors.

Thanks and do continue to share your journey with us ..

Tat twam asi
UMA
