Guest guest
Thank you for the dialogue, the sharing, book references, information about new clubs and babu ... thank you for giving us an introduction to Mahalaya.

It is an important part of my childhood, a day which I have experienced both in Delhi and Kolkata. We would wake up at 5 in the morning and sit glued to the radio, listening to this rendition for "Mahishashur Mardini", for several hours. In Kolkata, where almost the entire city was listening to it, the the chanting would reveberate throughout the neighborhoods and streets. Anyone with a radio would have it on. We would live the following several days floating on a different realm.

Thank you sudheer, for sharing with us Sri Sri Ravishankar ji's vision for peace on earth.

Thank you donethan for introducing to us the site for Wisdom Teachings of His Holiness Ptahmassu Uaa at the Living Nuhati Website For World Peace. Please tell us more about their perspectives as we dialogue on various issues in our satsangh.

There is a beautiful thread of wisdom that goes through all schools of thought beyond all geographical and man-made boundaries of Knowledge. Discovering this for myself and incorporating into my practice has been one of my personal pursuit. I would like to encourage all members to share the messages from schools of thought that they belong to on the various issues we bring to our satsangh here.

And at this time I would especially like to hear more about the various masters/teachers' messages on how to effectively resolve differences and bring peace to our world today. If we, specially the sadhaks of the world, put our minds together I firmly believe it can be done.

As we have emphasized in our founder's message on the home page, please don't hesitate to debate, dialogue, and ask questions about the ideas presented. If it triggers an interest among members, it will certainly generate discussion. Please do so however, in a spirit of mutual respect and learning.

Peace and love to all

_/\_ Tat twam asi

Uma
