Guest guest
Thank you cvcs for the beautiful story. It reminds me how whenever I expressed doubts about any Truth I read in our scriptures, the universe sends me an opportunity to learn it experencially.

I join Mirabai, ragsri, babu, and all the others who have responded to the post - Re: The Dharma is not nonviolent! and add, that to comdemn other religious traditions in this manner is to totally have missed the point of Hindusim. Besides, anyone can take words from any religious text and use it to justify ones' actions if they choose to. It doesn't imply the act is sanctioned by the tradition. To understand a religion one needs a far greater study than those of a few quotations.

Moreover dear luna_ethereal, this is not a political club and we do not support the kind of language you are using to express your anger and hatred. While the subject under discussion is open to all opinions, and often events happen in our lives which make us angry, any response needs to include respect towards each other. That, in fact, is dharma. I will delete any further posts that are abusive to fellow sadhaks or are condemning of other religions.

Instead, do share with us your thoughts on how to solve/understand issues from a spiriutal perspective which is the underlying essence of all paths, no matter where it was revealed or which Master revealed it.

Love to all

Tat twam asi

Uma
