It conquers other aspects of human existence, other than primary production, such as house, clothes and even sex.
Because a constant acculumulation of private property as means of production is essential for production activity, it creates greed and covetousness.

This essential contradiction between the possessions of one man and another creates conflict.
This conflict then takes of form [or manifests itself] as conflicts in the realms of thought, such as religious conflict, class conflict, race conflict, sex conflict, exploitation, etc.
Also arises a set of classes whose interest is to maintain this conflict and even fuel it-because the preservation of their private property depends on this conflict.
Thus we see that certain institutions are *required* for the preservation of conflict.
Religion is one such institution. Individualism and idealism is another. Class and racial consciousness is another.

This conflict can be extrapolated to show how other conflicts arise.

I am not clamining that this is *the* ultimate truth. However, this idea does have merit because it explains the genesis of thought and conflict from real causes and not imaginary or abstract causes.

If anyone is interested, I can go into the resolution of these conflicts.

Please let me know your comments.
