Siddhis and their use?

Blessed OmPrem, greetings! <br><br>In the temple,

they have arranged a guest speaker who comes and tells

the story of 'Ramayana'. It is pretty interesting. I

like the character of the 'Monkey God' -specially the

part, where the monkey god is able to expand himself to

infinite proportions and cross the ocean in one big leap.

I also like the part where he makes himself so

small that nobody is able to catch him. Also, when he

sets the whole city on 'fire' with his 'burning tail.'

<br><br>Your post on 'siddhis' explains these two phenomena of

expansion and contraction. The monkey god used these two

siddhis for a good purpose. But , so was he justified in

using his siddhis? But, the speaker also said the demon

king acquired many siddhis by praying to Lord shiva

and he used these siddhis inappropriately?

<br><br>Dear Omprem, who determines who deserves the siddhis

and if so what are the limitations on their use?
