Apra Vidya is concerned with works and their fruits while the para with the realization of the God.<br><br>=> The priests and the sacrificers are like perishable boats which sink down along with karma and its fruits.<br><br>=> Approach the spiritual teacher with humility, if you wish to realize the Brahman.<br><br>=> Souls emanate from the Brahman, like sparks from fire. Yet the plurality of souls is only a appearance due to Avidya. There is only one Soul namely the Brahman.<br><br>=> The phenomenal world is only a reminder to the noumenal, the creation to the creator. That which is beyond causation should be the object of worship and meditation.<br><br>=> Treating AUM as the bow and the soul as the arrow, pierce the target of the Brahman.<br><br>=> Like spokes in a wheel, all things are fixed in the Atman (Soul). None, not even Karma, can ever transgress His command.<br><br>=> The moment the identity is realized between the Jiva (Individual soul) and the Brahman, desires come to an end, doubts are resolved, and karma becomes ineffective. Brhman shines as dazzling gold on all sides of the mystic. The mysteic loves and plays with Atman.<br><br>=> The Jiva and the Brahman are as if two birds, living on the same perishable tree of the body, one enjoys and the other looks on.<br><br>=> Truth penance, meditation, freedom from anger and desires, are the indespensable conditions of God-realization.
