conscioussness. So that the practitioner can reside in His True

union.<br><br>This is pertaining to the harmonionious union of the

mind body and spirit, and also the union of the soul

with the Soul, or the microcosmic universe with the

macrocosmic universe.{The person to god}. It is a scientific

art designed to teach one mastery of the mind and

senses. It is a spiritual discipline, predominately based

on non-dualism, but not limited by being based on

any specific denomination. Yoga is and can be a

physical/mental/spiritual exercise that has the ability to expand ones'

conscioussness by enabling any belief system. There are many

many branches of Yoga, as well as styles and or paths.
