The English and the Dutch versions of the Gita on

the web site provided are translations. (I could not

get the French site, the link seems to be dead).

<br>I have two questions, I hope someone can

help.<br><br>It (the site) said to read the Gita on 25th

December. Now, would that imply reading the translations,

and not the actual shlokas?<br><br>Is it just enough

to blindly read what is there in the Gita and not

practice it?

Thank you for the information on the 24 hour

reading of Gita. I am a great supporter of world- wide

group events, as I feel harnassing positive group

energy is an extremely important way to bring about a

rise in world consciouness. Many institutions do their

own events, however I encourage sadhaks to rise above

sectarian boundaries of schools and Gurus, to join hands in

such cross-institutional efforts. If we understand the

physics of sound, the value of such harnessing is

awesome. I will certainly send your information on to my

various friend-circles in a variety of paths but all

towards the same goal. <br><br>>>This is the only

pitch for Gita you have gotten for more than a year

from me!! >><br><br>Actually you really don't

have to make a pitch for the Bhagwad Gita to us here.

It's like preaching to the quoir! Pretty much

most of us here are fans of it anyway. <br><br>We

also wish that you would share your thoughts on the

various topics presented for discussion, from the

perspective of the BG, if you wish. Your presence is greatly

valued and we want to learn from your wisdom.
