Guest guest
Hi, my name's Kimberly, and I'm new to Hinduism...I've been studying everything I could find about it for a few months, as well as signing up for a "religions of the east" course to learn more about it. I've had some good discussions with my teacher, who is a Hindu, but haven't met any other Hindus, whether online or in my area (NW Indiana, about 45 minutes from Chicago). I know there are 2 temples in Chicago (haven't been there yet, but have heard of them) and one is being built in Indianapolis (about 3 hours from me!) Guess I'm just looking for more people to talk to and get to know and learn from

themkozmicblues
Guest guest
Hi Kimberly:

I'm Erica; I live in Madison, Wisconsin. I have been to both of the temples near Chicago. I prefer the temple in Lemont, but that's just my opinion. I feel more comfortable there (less stares) and find the energy to be more welcoming.

I'm sure you'll enjoy your time here in clubs. We have many learned members, all willing to discuss issues openly. We also have scheduled chat sessions every other weekend on Saturday (11am eastern time), so please try and join us.

Feel free to email me or send me a message via messenger if you'd like more information.

With love,
Erica
