If we sincerely looked in the mirror of our life events, we could actually learn from every incident, every individual, every event that occurs in our lives. The only pre-requisite is acknowledging that we have something to learn, and being open to learning. Most of the time one's ego tends to get in the way, saying "I know enough!" or "Who are you to teach me anything?"
