Guest guest
On this auspcious occasion of Durga Ashtami, i send my greetings to all members of this club. The following post is offered to Mother Durga today. ******************************************************************** The Eternal Mother ===================== There is no meditation in the world which can be done without Love. Until and unless we have established a relation between our goal and ourselves, any trial to reach the goal will be fruitless. It is the relation which gives us strength, concentration and pulsation to drown deep into the meditation and reach our final aim of love. some intellectuals treat this Love and bhakti as a lower mental stage and think themselves above a Bhakta or lover of God, taking their intellectual goal of a God without love and emotions. Well I do accept the supreme consciousness is beyond guna and any type of emotions, but Shakti the immediate next manifestation of the supreme is full of gunas and hold all emotions specially love in its purest form and since this manifestation is not duality in real but apparent, supreme consciousness can be called an embodiment of love. Normally God is treated as a father in most of the meditations. But for a Shaktaa God as Mother does those wonders which no other meditation can do. A shakti sadhakaa treats this Adi Shakti (eternal Energy) as Mother, a relation which is purest and most selfless relation in the world. This relation of a Mother and a son is pure divine Love nothing else. Baba baba sab kahen Maiyaa kahe na koye ! Baba ke darbar mein Maiya kare so hoye !! (All see towards the God as father, and very few look towards Mother. They do not know that in this Universe of Father,it is the Mother who rule (father only watches the game of Shakti) So why look towards a Father who is unattached, who is unconcerned, who is non-emotional and who is not moved on our pains and our sufferings. Why not worship the Mother (Shakti) who is joy and love herself, who is Ananda herself, who is grief herself and bless herself. Buddhi (intelligence) which is trying to find God, is nothing but a manfestattion of the Mother (shakti). Mind which is trying to concentrate on the God is nothing but a lower manifestation of Mother herself. Then why not ask the Shakti, the owner of these faculties, to show us her real self, her unity with Father ? A father (Lord Rama) sent his pregnant wife (sita) to forest on a small doubt…and Mother Sita even after getting insulted, looks after children of Lord Rama with so much love and affection that they never cared who their father was. Such is the greatness of a Mother Tvayyetada dharyantey vishwam twayetatsrijayate jagat ! Twayyetatpalyaate devi twamtasyante cha sarvada Vishrishtau srishtiroopah twam sthitiroopa cha palatey Tathaa samhritiroopante jagtosyaa jaganmaye. (Hey Mother, you create this Universe by manifesting as Brahmi You look after this universe lovingly as Vaishnavi You, in the end destroy this universe as Raudri You are in each particle of this Universe. Saumya saumyatara sheshsaumyebhaya stwati sundari Prapranam parma twamev parmeshwari ( O Mother you are more beautiful than the beautiful....more kind than the most kind. You are superior to the supreme who else but you are my Paramtama (god)) So if an enchanted child cries for his mother then what wrong can touch him, will mother let him suffer ? And our love wil force her one day to appear before us. Tulsidas has written Hari vyapak sarvatra smana Premte prakat hoi main janaa (God is there in every particle of the universe but it is only my Love which has made him appear before me, I have known now.) So let us call the mother in Sahaj (natural/simple) Sadhna and she will appear before us soon...i am sure Aum Krin(g) Kalikaye Namah Hari Aum
