Guest guest
Hello, Is it possible that once the Kundalini is awakened, one feels more sleepy and fatigued? I feel that my legs are almost aching everyday and I am pretty much exhausted by the end of the day. If this is caused by Kundalini, will it go away after some time? This affects my Sadhna since I want to spend more time in meditation. Thanks Scon

IT IS TRUE that some people feel more sleepy when they practise kundalini yoga. this is happening to me also. the maya wont allow us to meditate and spend more time on meditation. i dont know whether it is true but what i heard was when one's kundalini is awakened the dhur devatas will not allow us to meditate and just takes away our precious stuff which rises up thru sushumna. it is always better to clarify it with your guru. Guest guest
Has anyone heard of the kundalini syndrom? (mentioned as a term in pranic healing) , venketesh kumar <venketesh79> wrote: > dear friend , > > > Is it possible that once the Kundalini is > > awakened, one feels > > > more sleepy and fatigued? Guest guest
What happens is more of the brain is being used to support higher awareness. Anyone who has ever studied hard knows that using more brain energy is more strenuous than physical excercise. So one becomes more sleepy until the new awareness state is integrated. - de_spell_2000 Sunday, April 28, 2002 8:31 AM Re: sleep Has anyone heard of the kundalini syndrom?
