Guest guest
Jaya Sri Radhey! Namaste all. The following message of prayer was contributed by Sripriyaji. ------------ Prem Ras Madira - Dainya Madhuri, composed by Jagadguru Sri Kripaluji Maharaj "hey! dheeno par daya karnewale Shyamsundar!.." Addressing the only One Who is causelessly merciful to the fallen ones, Who is the saviour of the weak and supportless...! The mundane relations like mother, father, wife, husband, child are all very temporary, everchanging, and undependable. But You are the eternal One Whose love and grace is unlimited! You are the One Who made the bent and ugly Kubja, the maid servant of King Kamsa, in to a beautiful attractive woman. You blessed poor Sudhama, lovingly seating him next to You in Your Divine abode and accepting his humble offering of fist full of parched rice. You stood by the mighty Pandava princes who were exiled in the forests and helped them in every possible way. In the concluding verse Kripaluji Maharaj reminds the Lord one more of His unique blessing, "What can I say about Your glories! You have even awarded Goloka to Putana, the demoness who came to kill You taking motherly nursing as good opportunity. There can not be anybody equal to You." It is my understanding that one sings glories of the one that you love but in here the love is for none other than the all attractive Krishna, hence unlimited are his glories too! There are different ways of getting the attention of your Beloved, here it is done by reminding Him of His well known redeeming qualities, where in He has always been merciful to the surrendered needy and the fallen souls and requesting Him to consider us on the same terms. In love these mutual intimate exchanges of talks always takes place making the Divine Love even more sweeter... Jayasriradhe
