Guest guest
Please note that the 4 ways mentioned below as a means of purification, is an exact quote from the 7th Kanda of the Atharva Veda. Origin of speech mentioned in item 1, I would imagine is the silence because all sounds originate from silence and merge back in silence only. In the context of meditation, this silence would be a state of thoughtlessness. All thoughts are superimposed on the Self and the gap between the thoughts is the Self exposed as it were. Therefore arresting all thoughts or a state of thoughtlessness, is being established in one's True Self and that is what the meditation is all about. Hari Om radhakutir --\ -- 1.. Concentrate one's mind through meditation so that one realizes the origin of all speech. 2.. Be always truthful. 3.. Follow the path of learning. 4.. Keep chanting the name of Parmatman.
