Jaya Sri Radhey! Namaste, friends.

Dear Kesava dasa (krsnajoe),

wish you all the best in Lord's devotional service.

I am neither offended by criticism and misunderstanding nor

exhilarated by praise.

Since you are very fond of Bhagavad Gita I quote

these verses of our Beloved Lord:

Lord Krishna says -

'He (She) who is the SAME

to the foe and friend'

and also 'HONOUR and DISHONOUR',

who is the SAME in cold and heat,

in PLEASURE and PAIN,

who is FREE from ATTACHMENT,

'to whom CENSURE and PRAISE are EQUAL',

who is silent, CONTENT with ANYTHING,

HOMELESS, STEADY MINDED,

'FULL of Loving Devotion for Me' -

that person is DEAR to ME.'

- Gita- 12.18,19

matkarma kRnmatparamo

madbhaktas sanga varjitaH

nirvaira ssarva bhUteSu

yassamAmeti pAndava

- Gita 11.55

He, who DOES WORK FOR ME,

who LOOKS ON ME AS SUPREME,

who is DEVOTED TO ME,

who is FREE FROM ATTACHMENT,

"who is WITHOUT HATRED FOR ANY BEING,"

he COMES to Me, O Arjuna.

satatam kIrtayanto mAm

yatantazca dRDha vratAH

namasyantazca mAM bhaktyA

nityayuktA upAsate

- Gita 9.14

GLORIFYING ME always, striving,

firm in faith, prosrating before Me,

they worship Me with spontaneous love

and devotion, ever steadfast.

Jaya Sri Radhey!

Blame is safer than praise. I hate to be defended in a newspaper. As

long as all that is said is said against me, I feel a certain

assurance of success. But as soon as honeyed words of praise are

spoken for me I feel as one that lies unprotected before his enemies.

In general, every evil to which we do not succumb is a benefactor.
