Any pursuit or spiritual practice we follow that leads us God-wards is Yoga.

When we dedicate all our actions in the service of the Lord without

attachment to the fruits there of, our actions becomes Karma Yoga. But

before one can become a Karma Yogi, one need to develop "Ishwara Arpitam

Budhi" and "Prasad Budhi".
