Guest guest
Swami Vivekananda--"Anything that is secret and mysterious in the systems of Yoga should at once be rejected. The best guide in life is strength. In religion, as in all other matters, discard everything that weakens you, have nothing to do with it. Mystery-mongering weakens the human brain. It has well-nigh destroyed Yoga----one of the grandest of sciences. (1. 134) Day and night think and meditate on Brahman, meditate with great one-pointedness of mind. And during the time of awakedness to outward life, either do some work for the sake of others or repeat in your mind 'Let good things happen to Jivas in the world.' 'Let the mind of all flow in the direction of Brahman." (VII. 237) Satchitananda Kathy (Swami Chetanananda's Meditation and Its Methods.)
