Guest guest
Namaste, i have been recently initiated into spiritualism & am trying to understand the philosophy behind 'nishkaam-karma', 'sumbhaav' etc. I've realised , lately, that the thing i desire the most is to be considered special or 'important' by people within my circle (not all so its not about fame). I want to do things that matter to somebody & make a differnce to their lives. Is it wrong. Why is that so? How do i get rid of the disappiontment when i do not get what i expect ? If people give up all their desires what will be their motivation to work or achieve something ? I hope did not sound stupid...
Guest guest
Dear One, Desires cant be eliminated like one's ego. They have to be tranformed. This practice may be called as "aspiration". In practising or try to practice spirituality "aspiration" from below is necessary for the GRACE to answer from above. Love Satish
