Our club has been set up to NOT accept attached files. This was done in the begining because we were informed that attachments were an important source of viruses being spread to individuals. Further the following notification was sent by to moderators of groups - "Message Attachments: Email attachments will no longer be archived in the Messages area, although will continue to deliver attachments sent by email. On August 21st, all attachments in the Messages area will be removed, and will be unable to retrieve the data. Please note: All of your group messages will remain. Only the attachments will be deleted." This is probably being done to reduce the ammount of space given to each group. The only thing we can do is to cut-paste the information onto the post instead of attaching the file!
