Namaste dear Sadhakas!

I d like to seize the opportunity of the current religious days in

India (9 days of worship of the mother) and discuss the importance of

worship. Worship and sadhana must both serve very good purposes, I

dont know if we could compare them. Still meditation is and always

remains the core of all Yoga paths,as in meditation on the psychic

mind(raja yoga), on the intense devotional emotions (bhakti), on the

service and actions (karma) or finally on the strength of the

intellect (gyana).

I suppose that when we are talking about worship we mean puja, and I

wanted to ask everyone if you could elaborate on it, and give some

descriptions of puja for those who never had the chance to practice

or watch a puja. Like me:D!

---

I have to suggest few other very interesting subjects for discussion

that had been a mystery to many, these are the naths and the siddhas.

The devotees of lord shiva. Feel free to write what you know about

them, many others like me are curious to read and learn.

---

In the meanwhile I am checking the clubs archive for any useful info.

God bless!
