Ladies and Gentlemen,

After receiving some inquiries from some of the large hearted and

concerned fellow citizens and co-religionists - in response to my

previous advt of Mar 25th 2004 in Rajasthan Patrika, Jaipur ed. -

for financial help regarding my studies and stay for the above

program – I was wondering that in this Kali-Yugi world of today

– who

would like to give money to a total stranger i.e. me.

Any sponsor would trust Harvard Univ far more – thus may get

interested in sending funds directly to the Univ – on my behalf .

The

Univ would then release some to me for personal expenses & stay and

utilize some for their fees – the rest could be kept aside to

fund

future Indian students admitted to the program.

This advert. is to facilitate such an effort – by your gracious

selves.

separate cover via post

Dear Mr. Sharma:

I am pleased to inform you that you have been admitted to the

Harvard Graduate School of Education to begin full-time study in

September 2004 as a candidate for the Master of Education in the

International Education Policy program. Congratulations!

The number and quality of applications this year, for the limited

number of spaces available, far exceeded our expectations. You are

to be commended on the fine record of achievement by which you

earned your place in this year's class.

To help you with your planning, we have enclosed information about

housing, health services, and tuition and fees. Academic advising

takes place during September orientation. At that time, you will be

able to meet with your academic advisor to plan your program of

study. In the meantime, if you have any questions that pertain to

your academic program, you may contact Barbara Perlo, Coordinator,

International Education Policy, at (617) 495-4845 or email at

perloba@g....

Please complete and return the enclosed response card within three

weeks. If you accept our offer, a $250 nonrefundable tuition

deposit in the form of a check or money order, payable to Harvard

University, must accompany your response. Additional information,

including orientation and registration materials, will be mailed to

you in July by our Registration Office and the Office of Student

Affairs.

You should also review the enclosed, important information regarding

international student visas. If you require a Harvard-sponsored

student visa, you must complete the financial certification process

and document the funds you have available for your support at the

Harvard Graduate School of Education.

The faculty, staff, and student body join me in welcoming you and

look forward to seeing you in Cambridge in the fall. We are

confident that the Harvard Graduate School of Education will be an

enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding period in your professional

and personal development.

Sincerely,

Roland A. Hence of Admissions
