Krishna & Gopis

So the point of discussion was that some guru or avtaar can bear our

sins and save us from its bad fruits.

 

I am of the view that this is not true...so a friend has sent in

Gopis example!

 

The relation between Krishna and his gopis is not a common

mortal relation. It is an example of the height of divine Love, pure,

ecstatic and full of bliss of non-duality. The gopi's love for

krishna had broken all boundaries and their ego had melted and became

one with the ego of Krishna (The supreme God)....here they were

apparantely different bodies but one from Antakarna with God.....I do

not find any other example of such highest blissful love. Hence any

problem faced by gopis was felt by Krishna and vice-versa.

 

If Krishna was there to take other's sin on himself then :-

 

1 - Why did his own parents suffer in Jail ? It was his prime duty as

son to relieve his parents from the sufferings.

 

2- Why he did not stop the insult done to Dropadi (who was his cousin-

-and some say was his beloved too)...Why did he not stop insult of

Dropadi in the beginning and let all the dirty things happen?

 

3- His cousins and friends Pandavas suffered a lot ...they wandered

in the woods for 12 years and remained servants of a common king for

one year....Why did Krishna not take their sufferings on him and

relieved them of the fruits ?

 

4- Millions of people died in Mahabharata...Why Krishna did not

suffer for them and relieved them of their pains of defeat and death ?

 

One example in Mahabharata is the supreme to show what God

expects us to do.

 

He puts his all army against Arjuna ...not only this he vows he

will not even use any weapon to Defend Arjuna. He only accepted to

be his Rathi..to guide him in this war.

 

So in our Mahabharata, called life, God is going to put his army

of negativity against us....he will not fight for us...will not use

any of his weapons to save us.....but He is always there to guide us

and expecting us to come out of this war as an ETERNAL WINNER.

 

Those of us who play Duryodhna and opt for his army are doomed.

How mind works ? A cannibal was wandering on the sea shore with his

son...suddenly they find a white girl who swam to shore after her

ship wrecked. The son said to his father," Aha there is a white

girl...father I have never tasted the flesh of white girl ever...let

us kill her and eat"

 

The father says," Son I have a better idea...let us take her home and

eat your Mother !
