Have a big heart

 

First thing in the morning we are students. Have you become a good student?

We learn and teach ourselves and go on through the day to become teachers in

the afternoon and evening. In fact, it is through our company that we

really colour others. Some want to learn so that they can teach others.

They write down many points and whether they practice it or not, they tell

others to do it. Some keep quiet; they listen and they practice. These are

the true teachers. They will not feel to tell others that they are doing

something wrong but rather they will teach through their own example. In

fact, if others see your virtues, they will want to listen to you. Go

within and see what virtues you have and what defects you have. You may

have many virtues but the one defect you may have will cover all of them up.

Before we came to God it was easy for us to disguise our defects in many

different ways. However, as Children of God, the defects we have cannot be

covered

up and they become visible to all.

 

So what is the method for us to change? First and foremost we need to keep

the aim to become completely viceless. For this, stay in your incorporeal

stage. If you don't consider yourself a soul and remember God, some aspect

of body consciouness will stay with you. It may only be a small thing - but

something will cling onto you and will continue to spoil your spiritual

beauty. Think about the great difference between a body conscious stage and

a soul conscious stage. Don't just listen to this but actually do it for

yourself. Now, do this work. If you are able to see the difference and

recognise that you need to change, God will then be able to pull you.

 

All of you are good. One is our virtues. The second is our specialities.

The third is something that is a wonderous about a person. On the other

side there are weaknesses, defects and thirdly, something that is lacking.

Think about this. What is stopping you from becoming complete? What

knowledge, virtues and powers you have should be surrendered in God's

service. The more you accumulate, and the more you remove the defects, the

more what you have can be used. Use everything in a worthwhile way and the

sparkle on your face will reveal your fortune.

 

Are you discontent in any aspect of your life? If so, learn to see drama as

an observer. Learn to see that what you have is accurate for you at this

time. However, look at your own self and tell God about yourself. To do

this you need to look at yourself clearly. You really cannot look at

yourself when you keep on looking at others. If you don't look at your own

self and change your own self, you will lose out in many ways. To look at

others and to blame them is maya. You make yourself very negative in this

way. If you act or speak on the basis of any of your defects then others

will not feel to come close to you. You may think that others need to tell

others their defects, otherwise they will continue with them however,

looking at others is a big trap. You have knowledge; what are you doing?

Think about these things and become the embodiment of awareness of who you

really are. To forgive yourself and to forgive others is a sign of soul

consciousness. When you become busy

in becoming complete, maya will move away from you. We don't have time to

think wastefully, to speak unnecessarily.

 

Once Dadi saw someone was stealing.God says, 'Child, don't see' evil. Now,

I understand why God tells us not to see. If someone is lying or stealing

and you were to approach them, they would lie to try and protect themselves.

In this way they would do more wrong action. You, yourself have to be so

honest and truthful that those around you become honest and truthful. In

fact, God created the system of giving all the children what they wanted

without them needing to ask.

 

Three ways to create our fortune are to use everything in a worthwhile way,

to give happiness, to surrender the self and thirdly, to renounce. Dadiji

has such a big heart; she wants everyone to come and everyone to eat from

the yagya. Now open your heart; God has given us the task to change this

old world and a very big heart is needed for this task. For this you also

need to be very alert; keep yourself active - your feet should not touch the

ground. However, if you are giving time to wasteful things - to wasteful

thoughts, speech or activities, neither will you be doing service nor will

you be able to remember God.

 

We need to now have an attention not to be attracted to anything. A slight

trace of attachment is like a bad odour. How much time do you need for

shopping? Do you need so many accessories? In fact, these things are not

useful to us any more. We have been taught to be very simple. To worry

about what others say or what society says is not necessary for us now.

Be aware because these are the windows maya comes through. The thing that

will happen is that your line with God will be cut. Put this right

immediately - don't let it go for 10 or 12 days without doing anything. In

this way, you have to be your own teacher.
